The platform is API-first. Flights sit inside the package flow through direct SabreSonic integration; non-air content is aggregated through Tripovo - bedbanks, chain-direct agreements and GDS content behind a single API, with Ethiopian's own contracted inventory fed in and prioritised.
Direct integration with Ethiopian's SabreSonic reservation system keeps flight content, pricing and booking under Ethiopian's control. easyGDS holds production SabreSonic experience, including integrations delivered for Lion Air and Malindo Air.
Hotels, activities, transfers and car hire flow through Tripovo, aggregating many bedbanks and hotel chains. Existing integrations include HotelBeds and Marriott chain-direct - new suppliers are added through the same API-first pattern.
Payments integrate Ethiopian's chosen gateway with 80+ payment channels, 50 currencies and tokenised processing.
The proposed ET Holidays storefront is already running as a working demo - dynamic packaging, real-time pricing and a self-service B2C checkout, fronted by Guzo, the AI travel assistant, and an AI itinerary generator that turns preferences into a packageable, bookable trip.

Beyond single stays, the platform automates full multi-day journeys - sequenced destinations, domestic flights, transfers, guided activities and hotels priced as one trip. Here is a live 6-day Historic Route itinerary running on the proposed platform.
Three capabilities answer the RFP's AI requirement: itinerary generation, post-booking servicing and back-office automation. Working prototypes of the itinerary generator and AfterBook are ready for the technical evaluation.
Builds and adapts trip plans from destination, length, budget and interests - a structured, packageable itinerary that flows into the basket. Refine it in natural language.
See Guzo in the demoA natural-language agent that reads the booking context and handles amendments, cancellations and common requests through conversation - automating work that would otherwise reach the contact centre.

Beyond the core RFP, easyGDS can extend Sheba Miles into holidays and non-air content - members earning and burning miles inside the same booking journey. This is proven ground: the platform already runs full earn & burn with Enrich for Malaysia Airlines, and points redemption on a global hotel marketplace for BonusLink.
Enrich
BonusLink
A Sheba Miles earn & burn programme on holidays turns loyalty members into direct, repeat holiday bookers - and keeps that margin in-house.
The same platform ET Holidays' travellers use is exposed as a single, documented REST API — so Ethiopian's own systems, corporate booking tools and B2B agents can search and book the full catalogue programmatically. One API spans flights, hotels, tours, transfers, trains, buses, stopovers, packages and car rental, settled against a pre-funded balance — no card redirect to handle.
/v2 contract — Duffel-style request/response shapes with machine-readable OpenAPI per product.
